Pilates

Pilates focuses on strengthening the core of your body and improves the flexibility of the spine. Pilates is an exercise of the mind and body. By learning how to tune into your bodies mechanics, posture and correct breathing you will achieve an amazing new strength you never thought possible. 

Pilates focuses on stretching and strength training all in one. We call this dynamic stretching which, when practiced 2-3 days a week, gives you that long, lean, strong body with improved posture and more energy throughout your day.

Private and Group Pilates Classes Available

Our Pilates instructor is certified in Pilates and personal training and has a deep passion for mind/body fitness. 

Beginners Class: A 55-minute instructional Pilates mat class for the first time client.

Intermediate/Advanced Class: A 55-minute mat class serving the clients who have mastered the beginning mat class and are ready to challenge themselves. The instructor will give modifications for both intermediate and advanced students.

Restoration Pilates: A 55-minute mat/chair class designed to modify Pilates moves for the physically challenged or older person who is unable to perform traditional Pilates movements.
