Don Fletcher

Don Fletcher teaches both meditation and yoga. He began practicing yoga 7 years ago and has been meditating for well over 20 years. Because yoga and meditation helped him through difficult physical issues and their associated emotional challenges, he wanted to share the benefits that he received (and continues to receive) from both practices with others. Students enjoy his compassionate and empathetic style of teaching and ability to work with people wherever they may be physically or emotionally.

Kimberly Hefner

Certified Transformation/Mindful Meditation Instructor

Like many in our society I once found myself lost.  My life was marked by fear, boredom and loneliness. Unable to make sense of it all, I was lured by all the modern paths that lead only to dereliction of body and mind.

Yet, after years of very nearly drowning I have found a way out of the ocean of my despair. I decided to develop spiritually and today have something to communicate about that development. While there is no shortage of help for the sincere seeker on the road to spiritual development my two favorite tools have become Self-Examination and Transformation Meditation.

Transformation Meditation leads to peace, awareness and immeasurable joy. It offers the practitioner a haven from fear, boredom, and that occasional sense of isolation experienced by so many of us in the course of our lives. This time honored practice has been used by peoples all over the world be they affiliated with religion or not.

On the road to spiritual development and self discovery, Transformation Meditation has proven to be an invaluable aid and has helped me find my place in this world. In my endeavor to grow spiritually I have met people from all walks who are also hoping to recreate their lives and enjoy sharing my experience with them.
